Sophrology

 

Sophrology is a method for finding inner calm, being aware of oneself and accessing and developing one's resources.
It includes exercises from

  • Breathing

  • Muscle relaxation

  • Visualization

  • Meditation.

 

Particularly recommended for stress management, preparation for childbirth, it is also recognized for its benefit on the quality of sleep, it is to date the only method allowing to act on both the body and the mind.

 

A qualified sophrologist since 2013, I provide individual support to children, adolescents and adults in my office  and online to help to manage stress, prepare for events (exams, births, etc.), anxiety and improve the quality of sleep.
